“AI-driven content refinement” is less about generating new material than about improving it, cycle after cycle. The way I work now is a loop: AI produces a draft, I evaluate and correct it, and the corrected version feeds back as a better template for the next round. Generate, evaluate, refine, repeat. The AI does the drafting; the refinement is driven by that loop — and steered by the teacher at every turn.
This post is what that loop produces. Everything in today’s collection has been through more cycles than last year’s version, and you can see it in the output. Compared with a year ago, the materials have improved across three components: the audio and listening exercises sound more natural and authentic, the critical-thinking modules are more focused, and the language exercises now target a specific topic and a specific language area at the same time.

One thing the loop can't shortcut: a package isn't really finished when it's published — it's finished when it's been taught. Examples that read well on the page can fall flat with real students, a gap-fill assumed to be unambiguous turns out ambiguous, and those observations feed straight into the next round of refinement. AI drives the speed of the cycle; the judgement about what's actually better stays with the teacher.
