1 Expressing yourself (sentence starters)

Sentence starters work well as speaking exercises and can also be used to target the language for specific topics, for example, grammar and careers. This one is a more general exercise for self expression.The addition of audio means they can be used as listening exercises too.

This exercise tries to include as many variations of the perfect perfect as possible. It could be used to review or test how well students understand the present perfect tense.
